Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and in the original packaging.
2. Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customersupport@rudedogmetal.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds and Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3/5 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
